We are happy to report an architectural firm has been selected to design the winery, Harley Associates Architects of Batavia, Ohio. Here is the latest concept drawing, subject to change. This simple facade conceals an elegant functional operation, with a barrel room that is partially buried in the slope, fermentation, finished goods, office, lab, and covered crush pad. The building schedule is aggressive, but we will be crushing this year in the new facility. Our first vintage will be in 2001, when our vines will be 3 years old.
